Sigler's Rotisserie has been a fixture in the area for many years and will remain that way for many years to come, Chef Anthony (Tony) Alessi his wife Candy and Daughter Mary are overseeing the operations of the restaurant. Partnering up with a lifelong friend Frank Gibson and his wife Laura.
The state-of-the-art open kitchen and a world-class rotisserie is still the focus of the restaurant. Chef Anthony brings over 40 years of culinary experience to the table. He and his family come from northeast Ohio. Some of their successful endeavors include one of the first 500 microbreweries in the country in 1995. The kitchen is my safe place. We can do “Italian, French, German you name it .”
The new menu will consist of the very same items that have been enjoyed by you for many years. Chef Anthony has added a few pastas and some classic “old school “entrees such as Veal Condon Bleu, Veal Oscar and some familiar Italian dishes Penne, Farfalle, Fettuccine and linguine.
